Our first visit to Oaks Farm was with Will and Claire last October.
Oaks Farm has two stunning reception rooms that together provide the perfect ambience for your special day. The Victorian barn, with its wooden beams and oak flooring, provides an intimate romantic setting for your ceremony. Alternatively you can marry in the delightful orangery, which affords fabulous views of the surrounding gardens.
Wedding parties can also enjoy an unforgettable, intimate wedding breakfast in either the cosy barn or the elegant orangery. From here, savour a drink at the bar before dancing the night away with your family and friends. And when bedtime finally arrives, the newlyweds retire to the charming honeymoon cottage, nestled deep in the apple orchard.
Leave the stresses of a city life behind, and unwind in the rustic tranquillity that is Oaks Farm. Just 10 miles from London and a stone’s throw from Croydon and Bromley, this idyllic wedding venue is set against a backdrop of rolling hills and rural beauty. Wedding guests can enjoy fine champagne and canapes by the picturesque lily pond or strolling on the freshly cut lawns. The cosy oak-beamed barn, filled with glowing candles and scented flowers, is perfect for your special vows – whether it’s winter or summer. And for the reception, guests can enjoy drinks in the orangery or in the breathtaking gardens.
This is a beautiful summer venue and although ours was an Autumn wedding is was a perfect day with just enough light to enjoy the outside gardens.
Will and Claire had an amazing wedding at Oaks Farm.
