Lainston House Hotel, a charming 17th Century country house standing elegantly in 63 acres of beautiful Hampshire parkland. As you sweep into the courtyard, delicate archways and loggias frame the picture perfect entrance and a small amble reveals a beautiful 12th Century chapel ruin and pretty dovecote. With an undisputed sense of style and occasion, there has never been a better time to visit as Chef Andy MacKenzie was voted Hampshire Food & Drink ‘Chef of the Year for two years running!
The elegant three rosetted Avenue Restaurant is served handsomely by our well-stocked kitchen garden that provides the majority of our vegetables, fruit and herbs. And the kitchen garden also has a pretty and tranquil seating area perfect for a relaxing snack with friends.
All this and much more make Lainston House in winchester one of our top and most popular wedding venues for both Summer and Winter weddings, we have several more weddings at Lainston House to photograph during 2010 so come back soon.
